On December 10, 2025, the official music video for BTS’s β€œPermission To Dance” surpassed 700 million views on YouTube, becoming their 12th music video to reach this milestone.

Released on July 9, 2021, β€œPermission to Dance” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming BTS’s fifth chart-topping single in under a year. The song also marked a historic moment as BTS replaced their own No. 1 hit, β€œButter,” at the top of the chart.
