Round 1: Top 30 artists in each category will be selected
- Begins 12/4 @ 6pm KST

Judging criteria
- Nominees for Round 1 voting are chosen by the data given by Circle Chart.
- The winners will be selected 100% according to voting results within the Mubeat app.

2. Vote using Circle voting tickets acquired from watching video ads and Spin the Roulette.
How to Watch Video Ads
- Go to Circle Chart Voting Main Page > Get Voting Tickets > Watch Video Ads.
- 1 Circle voting ticket is acquired for every 1 video ad successfully watched.
- Video ads can be viewed up to 15 times a day, and the number of ads available is reset at 12am (KST) every day.
How to Spin the Roulette
- Go to Circle Chart Voting Main Page > Get Voting Tickets > Spin the Roulette.
- You can use your Star Beats to participate in spinning the roulette. 10 Star Beats will be used per one spin.
- The roulette can be played without limitations, and you can receive anywhere from 3 to 300 voting tickets.
*Note: Circle voting tickets expire after 10 days (KST) from the date obtained, and all Circle voting tickets expire once the final voting ends. Heart Beats and Star Beats cannot be used to vote.
