The PTD On Stage in Seoul merch collection will be available for purchase online on Weverse Shop and at Jamsil Lotte World Mall 1F in Seoul, Korea.

According to the HYBE Merch Sales Notice, β€œitems sold in the online and offline stores may differ and detailed notices for each sales channel will be made separately at a later date”.

- Some products are identical to the Online Live Streaming products released in September 2021.
- You can purchase up to 3 for Mini Photo Card, Lucky Draw
- You can purchase up to 1 for Mini Photo Card Set
- For products with options, you can buy up to 1 for each option. (i.e for a premium photo, you can purchase up to 8, one for each option).
- For products that do not have any options, you can buy up to 2.

Entering the Storeβ–Ό

  1. Should the number of guests exceed the limit for an optimal visiting experience and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, you may be asked to register on the on-site queuing system and wait your turn.

    • Before Opening: Lotte World Mall 1F, Gate 12 (9am-10:30am)
    • After Opening Lotte World Mall 1F, Store Entrance

  2. Entry registration may close early depending on the circumstance. Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter depending on the number of guests already inside the store.

  3. The number of guests inside the store will be limited to ensure a safe distance between the visitors in accordance with government COVID-19 preventive measures; please note that there may be a slight delay in entering the store as a result.
  4. Guests must wear masks at all times and comply with staff instructions in the store to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
 
 

Making Your Purchase and Precautionsβ–Ό

  1. The limit to the number of items on guest can purchase may be different for each product, and the payment may be canceled if the number exceeds the limit.
  2. There are a limited number of items available for purchase per day. Products may be sold out early.
  3. Payment can be made by cash and credit card (L PAY app and Lotte Departmet store gift card available).
  4. We will be unable to grant a refund or exchange should you change your mind about a product.
  5. Exchanges and refunds are only available on the day of purchase at the store. Please check your product as soon as you pick it up.
  6. The "Express Merchandise Booth" will be operated separately in the event hall to the right on the B1F entrance of Jamsil Lotte Department Store in time for the concert period. The Official Light Stick Special Edition and other official merchandise will be sold in the booth.
