- The product will be shipped in a separate box and cannot be shipped with other products
- A maximum of one Lucky Box can be ordered per account
- Each Lucky Box may contain different items that is made up of 19 to 22 items chosen at random
- A number of items may be minutely discolored or their packaging damaged due to being stored for a prolonged period of tiem, and this cannot be the reason for an exchange/refund
- Please note that shipping may be heavily delayed due to COVID-19
