j-hope makes history, becoming the first South Korean artist to headline a main stage at Lollapalooza, a major U.S. music festival!

The four-day festival took place in Chicago’s Grant Park from July 28-31. j-hope closed out the festival on July 31 with a memorable performance that included songs from his recently released first solo album, Jack in the Box. His setlist included a total of 20 tracks. View the Hobipalooza setlist here.

β€œThe prep work included deep dives into perfecting his live delivery of the first two singles (β€œMore” and β€œArson”) from his first solo album, Jack in the Box, and they’re the songs he says he’s most excited to perform for the first time. β€˜They are also songs that have styles that I haven’t performed before,’ he explains. β€˜So I practiced a lot because they are kind of difficult songs to do live.’”
