On October 7, 2019; Lemona officially revealed a collaboration with BTS that promote vitamin products.

Lemona x BTS promotes a vitamin powder that helps boost immune system to give yourself extra support throughout the day.
Products include individual powder packets for your water, and a supplement jar with an individual member on the container. However, the contract between BTS and Lemona has ended in December 2020.
